In accordance by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 10, 2017 № -5005 "on measures to radically improve the efficiency of the internal Affairs, to strengthen their responsibility for ensuring public order, reliable protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens" and the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 18, 2017 №-2898 "on measures to radically improve the activities of the internal Affairs in the field of crime investigation" Expert-forensic center of the Main Department of internal affairs of Tashkent city provides the following types of expert, research and information services on a paid basis for legal entities: 

training on identifying signs of forged documents, securities, identity documents;

identifying the capabilities of video surveillance and identification systems;

study of engine, chassis and numbers of vehicles during their registration and re-registration;

research on the authenticity of documents, securities, lottery tickets, as well as other printed products of strict reporting;

research on identification of handwritten notes and signatures;

recovery of texts that have died down due to the Statute of limitations;

identification of the content (composition) of alcoholic products and jewelry;

rendering of services in the field of computer technology, particularly, recovery of the lost information on digital media, consultancy about the protection of digital information.

For carrying out paid researches must be signed the contract between the customer (the lawyer of the customer, the legal entity or the Director of the organization) and Expert-forensic center of the Main Department of internal affairs of Tashkent city.

To conclude the contract, you must send a letter to the head of the Expert-forensic center of the Main Department of internal affairs of Tashkent city. The letter should be issued on the letterhead of a legal entity, which specifies the name of the documents submitted for the research with the written questions that should be solved.
