Sergeant Omilzhon Mukhamedov was born in 1973 in Tashkent region. In 1994 he entered the service in the brigade of the patrol guard service of Tashkent city Main Department of internal affairs. He was killed on duty August 6, 1999 at 01 o'clock AM. He with his partner B. Rizaev stopped the Damas car. During checking a car, a knife was found under the driver's seat. At the moment when he on the radio called for help, driver attacked him with the same knife several times.  Sergeant Omilzhon Mukhamedov died at the same place he stood. He had a son and a daughter.
