The delegation of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation got acquainted with the activities of the Tashkent city Police Department
A delegation of the Russian Guard headed by the Deputy Director of the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation-Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Oleg Borukaev, visited one of the internal affairs departments of the Tashkent city Police Department.
The guests were told about the interaction of the internal affairs bodies and the National Guard of Uzbekistan within the framework of the "Safe Capital" Concept and the introduction of a round-the-clock, three-shift patrol within this Concept. It was emphasized that the use of joint patrols has significantly reduced the crime rate in the city, especially in the evening and at night, as well as increase the effectiveness of early crime prevention measures. The delegation of the Russian Guard was particularly interested in the demonstration of modern technical means and vehicles allocated to joint patrols for service.
The guests were also informed about the reforms in the Tashkent city police Department system and presented a model of deployment on the basis of the district department of internal Affairs of emergency services, in particular, the ambulance and fire safety service, and the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Representatives of the Russian Guard highly appreciated the conditions created in the district department of internal Affairs, and the widespread use of advanced information and communication technologies, including those that allow identifying the identity of wanted persons.
